The Wheel of Life: A Personal Snapshot

The Wheel of Life is more than a tool — it is a mirror. One that reflects not just what you do, but how you live.

Every area of your life is connected. And each one plays a vital role in the strength and movement of your personal “wheel.” When all six areas are healthy and aligned, life moves forward with clarity, energy, and peace. But when even one area is neglected, the wheel becomes jagged, the ride uneven, and progress feels harder than it needs to be.

How It Works:

1. Rate yourself from 1 to 10 in each of the six areas:
Finances, Fitness, Family, Mind, Service, and Spirituality.
Be honest, but compassionate — this is about awareness, not perfection.

2. Plot your numbers on a circle chart (like the spokes of a wheel).
You can use our downloadable template, or draw it by hand.

3. Connect the dots.
This is your current life wheel. Is it round and balanced? Or uneven and off-center?

4. Reflect.
Where are you thriving? Where are you depleted?
What area have you been avoiding? And which one are you ready to strengthen in the next 90 days?

This is not an exercise in judgment — it’s a chance to check in with yourself.

By seeing the whole picture, you can stop reacting to life and start living it intentionally.
